Refund and Returns Policy

We take great care in producing and delivering high-quality wood-pressed oils. Due to the nature of food products, we have the following refund and return policy.

Return

As our products are edible food items, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is leaking.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging (if damaged)

    Refunds

    Once the issue is verified by our team, we may:

    • Provide a replacement product, or
    • Issue a refund to the original payment method.

    Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

    Non-Refundable Situation

    Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

    Requests made more than 72 hours after delivery.

    Change of mind after purchase.

    Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

    Product damage caused after delivery.

    Opened, consumed, or partially used products.

    Order Cancellation

    Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

    Shipping Charges

      Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
